年幼時曾在瑞士及美國留學.  回港後從事電商, 以及市場策劃工作超過16年。近年已將職業重心轉向療癒藝術，並專注於催眠治療。

Judy擁有多項專業催眠治療資格，包括美國催眠協會（ABH）、美國催眠師協會（NGH）及英國催眠師協會（PBH）認證的催眠治療師資格。

自2022年以來，Judy在Dolores Cannon 的專業指導下接受量子療癒催眠技術（Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, QHHT®）的培訓；目前她是Level II QHHT®的執業者。

此外，Judy還擁有靈氣治療（Level III）和靈性回應療法（Spiritual Response Therapy, Level I）的認證。

除了專業工作外，她還是一名合資格的瑜伽導師，於2021年完成200小時的瑜伽導師培訓。

Judy熱衷於幫助個人發掘潛能，並通過催眠治療實現深刻的個人成長。

Studied abroad in Switzerland and the United States from a young age, and upon returning to Hong Kong, built a 16+ year career in e-commerce and marketing strategy. In recent years, she has shifted professional focus to the healing arts, with a specialization in hypnotherapy. 

Judy posses multiple professional qualifications, including those from the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy and the National Guild of Hypnotists, which underline her commitment to this transformative practice.

Since 2022, Judy has been training in Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT®) under the esteemed guidance of Dolores Cannon; she is currently a Level II QHHT® practitioner. 

Additionally, Judy holds certifications in Reiki (Level III) and Spiritual Response Therapy (Level I). 

Alongside her professional work, she is also a qualified yoga teacher, completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021.
